Acceptance, warmth and assistance

in a safe space

I offer what I’d like to receive - an honest, healthy and understanding

working relationship with my clients, whatever they are going through

Working with me in a collaborative way, you'll be able to explore your concerns safely and discreetly, feel heard and valued,

and be able to discover paths offering hope and opportunities for change

I hold a Diploma in Counselling accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, a professional body to which I belong,

and I work in line with their code of ethics

I frequently work with clients experiencing bereavement,

grief and loss, often as a volunteer with

Cruse Bereavement Support in Cambridgeshire

Sometimes our feelings can feel

too heavy to carry

I began my practice with a desire to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space for individuals seeking support

My own journey began through my experiences of discovering what benefits

counselling can offer, and I'd like to be able to help you navigate your own challenges

I am an integrative counsellor, based in Cambourne in Cambridgeshire, working with clients online and by phone

Clients often find that these ways of working are easier to fit into their schedules

without the need for travel

An integrative approach enables us to work together in a unique way,

as a partnership, relating to your specific needs and preferences, whatever you want to bring to your sessions

I bring understanding, together with a range of techniques and tools

Working our way through

I know, from my own experience, that taking the first step, especially if you are new to counselling, can be daunting. So I aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment for every client, irrespective of their background, religion, sexual or gender identity, ethnicity or age

My approach focuses on building a strong one-to-one connection to ensure a comfortable and trusting environment for your personal exploration and growth

I have worked with a variety of clients with issues including bereavement, depression, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, self-image, panic attacks, self-harm,

financial concerns, suicidal ideation, gender identity, sexuality, diversity, and relationship issues, amongst others

There can be times in our lives when something unexpected,

or perhaps longstanding yet withheld, throws us out of kilter;

we can feel blocked, unable to manage, stuck, or totally beholden

to events happening around us

Working with me you’ll have my support,

and a safe space where you can unload, explore and grow

If you'd like to get in touch....
